Easy Keto Chocolate Loaf
This easy chocolate loaf cake is Gluten free and low carb. It's great as it is quick to make and really good when you are craving something chocolatie. I love it with my morning coffee or a cup of tea.

- 5 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp Non-Fat Dry Milk
- 1 Tbsp Tapioca flour
- ¼ tsp Potatoe Starch
- 1/16 tsp Xanthan Gum
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 40 gr Grass- fed Butter
- 2 Tbsp Xylitol
- 1 Organic Egg
- 2 Tbsp Organic Milk
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- 15 drops Stevia
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C)
Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, dry milk, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, baking powder and salt.
Beat Butter and Xylitol for 1 or 2 Minutes until pale yellow.
Add the egg and mix to the creamed butter and sugar and mix until combined (it may look curdle don't worry it will come together when adding the next ingredients).
Add the vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients mix (almond flour, dry milk, tapioca flour, potato starch and salt)
Mix well until combined.
Bake the loaf for 20 to 23 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool the loaf in the pan for 20 minutes, then turn it out to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
