Low-Carb Seed Brittle Clusters (Nut-Free)
These are crunchy and super tasty, a great snack to have when you just need something sweet, with all the health benefits of seeds.

- 3 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbso Sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- ½ tsp Honey
- ½ tsp Hot Water
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of Salt
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F
Mix coconut sugar, honey, and hot water, and vanilla extract.
Add all the seeds and mix well until combined
Use a tsp to arrange the mixture into small clusters over the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool completly before trying to peel them off the parchment paper.
Store them in an airtight conteiner at room temperature.
